Publicity Member/affiliate shall not create, publish, distribute, make or permit any public announcement of these terms and conditions or the relationship contemplated hereunder, (including, but not limited to, any press release, client list, screen shot, advertisement or any promotional material) without first submitting such material to the Site and receiving the Site’s written approval.
